🗾Theme setting - Layout

The Layout settings allow you to control the overall structure and spacing of your store’s content for better visual balance and readability. This guide will walk you through how to adjust layout options to suit your design needs.

1. How to access the Layout?

Step 01: From Shopify Admin, click on Online Store > Select Themes > click the Customize button.

Step 02: In Theme settings (Customize) > scroll through the list to find and open the Layout tab.

2. How to configure the Layout?

Container Settings

• Container Width: Sets the maximum width of the content container on desktop devices.

• Container Padding: Adds inner spacing to the left and right of the container.

Grid Settings

• Space Between Columns: Controls the horizontal gap between grid columns.

Direction Settings

• Text Direction: Determines the reading direction of your site—Left to Right (LTR) or Right to Left (RTL).

Spacing

• Section Spacing: Adjusts vertical spacing between full sections.

• Element Spacing: Sets the vertical spacing between smaller elements within a section.
